Hastek Global is a Mumbai-based export trade facilitation firm. We connect verified Indian suppliers with international buyers across four continents — with precision, speed, and zero compromise on quality.
Indian SME exporters are operating blind on two fronts. Registration and certification are split across five separate government portals — APEDA, DGFT, Spice Board, GST, FSSAI — each with its own login and its own data, so a single change anywhere creates delays measured in days. And every invoice raised in foreign currency loses value quietly between the day it's issued and the day it's paid, as the rupee moves — margin erodes, and most exporters never even see it happen, because no bank statement and no accounting tool shows them that exposure in real time. We built Hastek Global because we were the exporter hitting both walls first.
We operate with the rigour of a technology firm. Every deal documented, tracked, and optimised. No surprises. Pure results.
"Sample arrived in three days, documentation was flawless, and the container shipped exactly when they said it would. That reliability is rare."
"They understood our spec sheet better than suppliers we've used for a decade. Every question answered before we asked it."
"Clear terms, zero hidden costs, proactive updates at every milestone. This is how export facilitation should work."

Each category chosen for India's dominant global supply position, growing international demand, and Hastek Global's deep supplier relationships.
India is the world's largest spice producer — supplying 75% of global demand. We source turmeric, cumin, coriander, chilli, cardamom, pepper, and ginger from certified growers across Rajasthan, MP, and Kerala. All grades available including FAQ, EQ, and certified organic.
India produces over 90% of the world's makhana supply. Global demand grew 27% YoY as health-conscious consumers in USA, UK, and UAE embrace makhana as a premium clean-label snack, with export prices on a strong sustained upswing over the past two seasons.
Maharashtra and UP anchor India's position as the world's second largest sugar producer. We broker white and brown sugar cubes for hospitality groups, food service operators, and retail buyers globally. Consistent quality and predictable repeat order cycles.
Maharashtra is the Alphonso capital of the world and Hastek Global is based in Mumbai at the heart of this region. India produces ~50% of global mango pulp output. We broker Alphonso, Kesar, Totapuri mango pulp and guava pulp direct from Maharashtra processors.

Hastek Global ships from the most suitable Indian port based on cargo type and destination, connecting verified Indian suppliers to buyers across the Middle East, Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Global shipping used to be unreliable and inconsistent until someone standardised the container itself. The Trade Bridge is Hastek Global's answer for everything around the container — buyers sourcing from India, suppliers reaching the world, and the currency exposure sitting quietly on every invoice in between. Pick a side below.
Sourcing enquiries go through your Trade Bridge account — country, product, volume, and certifications, captured once and matched against verified suppliers.
Registration covers your products, capacity, certifications, and documentation — reviewed once, then matched against live buyer demand.
See exactly how it works below — live rate, real math. Saving and tracking an invoice over time is part of your Trade Bridge account.
This module existed before the platform did — built and validated independently as a standalone tool, with its own defined market and its own proof it worked, before being folded into the Trade Bridge. Read the full story →

We're rolling this out with real exporters and buyers first. Tell us what's slowing your trade down today.
We're operating as one first. Global shipping wasn't always reliable — it became standardised, predictable, and trustworthy once someone built the infrastructure for it, regardless of who was shipping or what. Hastek Global's ambition is the same, applied to everything around the container: ordering, invoicing, FX exposure, compliance, and tracking, for importers and exporters dealing with India on either side of the transaction.
Our export brokerage is not a side business alongside this ambition — it's the proof of the model. Before building infrastructure for other exporters, we're operating as one ourselves: sourcing, registering, complying, and trading for real, so that everything the platform eventually automates has already been lived, manually, end-to-end, by our own founders.
Registration and certification are split across APEDA, DGFT (IEC), Spice Board, GST, MSME/Udyam, and FSSAI — each with its own portal, login, and data format. A single change, like updating a GSTIN, can desynchronise data across every one of them, creating delays measured in days, not minutes. Bank documentation, shipping bookings, and accounting run through entirely separate channels with no shared system of record. We've lived this directly while building our own registrations.
Exporters invoice in foreign currency and get paid 30–90 days later. By the time payment lands, the rate has moved — and margin has quietly evaporated, often without the exporter ever realising it happened. On a $50,000 invoice, a ₹1.10/USD shift erases roughly ₹5.5 Lakhs. Banks show rates, not exposure. ERPs track invoices but ignore FX. Nobody today stitches the invoice and the live rate together into one view.
No vague "coming soon." Here's exactly where each piece stands today.
The FX exposure module isn't theoretical. It was originally built and validated as a standalone product, with its own defined target customer and its own market sizing — before it ever became part of this platform. We folded it in because the platform was always where it was pointing. That's the difference between a feature we coded last week and a mechanic we've already proven works.
The Invoice & FX Tracker is live right now. Sign up and put a real invoice through it.
The Compliance Hub is in active build. Once live, search any product and destination to see exactly what's required — APEDA, FSSAI, phytosanitary, labelling — on both the export and import side. We're not publishing partial or unverified compliance guidance — getting this wrong has real consequences, so it stays honest about not being ready rather than rushed.
Shipping Tracking is planned. Once live, you'll see booking and shipment milestones tracked alongside your invoices, samples, and documents — one dashboard, the whole deal.
Smart rate alerts are rolling out next. Once live, you'll see a signal here the moment a forward-booking window opens in your favour on any open invoice — and Hastek Global facilitates the actual forward booking on your behalf through a partner bank or FX desk, so the window doesn't just get noticed, it gets acted on.
Labelling, documentation, food safety, and customs intelligence for the six markets we actively ship to — maintained by our compliance desk for Hastek's four product categories.
Hastek Global LLP was founded in Mumbai by two lifelong friends who identified a gap hiding in plain sight.
Hastek Global was built to eliminate the friction between Indian supplier and international buyer. Not as a trading house with inventory to push. Not as a portal that connects strangers. As a relationship-first firm that stands behind every deal it facilitates.
The name carries both our names — a permanent reminder that this business is personal. Every container is a promise we've made. We don't take that lightly.
Shubh always knew he wanted more than what was in front of him. That ambition took him abroad for his Master’s in Marketing — and what followed changed the direction of everything.
His first role out of university was with a world food trade house in the UK, where he worked in sales and marketing for an organisation that sourced products from across the globe. Every day, he watched how international trade moved — the complexity, the relationships, the margins between a great product and the right buyer. That was the moment the idea took root.
After his time in food trade, Shubh moved into HR consulting — still facilitating, still connecting people and organisations — but his mind never left the trading floor. When he called his oldest college friend Daksh and said let’s actually do this, the pieces fell into place fast.
Before Hastek Global, Daksh built and ran Outscale Worldwide — a consultancy delivering social media management, digital marketing, and strategy to MSMEs across India. He knows what it takes to build something from scratch, and he knows what small businesses need to compete.
When his oldest friend and college partner Shubh floated the idea of starting something together, the answer was never in doubt. They had worked side by side as students and it never once felt like work — that told Daksh everything he needed to know.
